YERBA DE LA RUDA subbusto of Mediterranean origin that is used to make infusions because it is very aromatic, good against diarrhea and stomach pains. They have properties that improve the functioning of the heart and blood circulation. It is from the family of the rutáceas and there are between 8 and 40 accepted species, according to the authors.
